$87.00
The Chlorine Dioxide Process Challenge Device (PCDV-16B) is a specialized sterilization validation and routine monitoring device designed to start having kill @ ~2500 ppm*hr (ideal fractional exposure) chlorine dioxide applications, with BI compatibility for ethylene oxide processes.
It features:
-
Construction: Tyvek pouch with a rigid, restricted gas pathway. Device materials are resistant to corrosion and therefore have minimal effect on the chlorine dioxide gas concentration. Additionally, materials are compliant with REACH, RoHS, and EU 2017 745 / EU 2017 746 material of concern requirements.
-
Biological Indicator: Bare (uncovered) Bacillus atrophaeus (BA) strip, certified with >10^6 CFU count, providing enhanced resistance to sterilant penetration.
-
Packaging: Available in shelf cartons of 1, 2, or 3 units. Sold as eaches.
-
Applications: Suitable for validating sterilization in low-medium concentration/low to medium exposure chlorine dioxide or ethylene oxide processes.
-
Bulk Discounts: For quantities exceeding 50 units, contact [email protected] for a quote.
